Recruitment service

Year after year, the job market requires more and more technically and culturally competent professionals in the digital sector.

In 2020 the European Union has estimated about 500,000 job vacancies in Europe due to the lack of digital skills. For this reason, WMF - Official Member of the EU Digital Skills and Job Coalition - proposes for the sixth consecutive year the Digital Job Placement, a free recruitment service created to favour the matching between professionals looking for employment and companies with job openings.

By participating in the Digital Job Placement - which in the previous editions recorded up to 400 participating companies and 1.300 candidates - you will get the chance to conduct job interviews in specific dedicated areas during the Festival.

Digital Job Placement

To facilitate the meeting between demand and supply of work in the digital market and promote employment, since 2015 the WMF has created the Digital Job Placement, a free recruitment service open to all which in previous editions registered 400 participating companies, more than 1,500 applications and over 1,300 interviews requested.

Also this year the Digital Job Placement will represent the ideal opportunity for professionals looking for work and for companies with open positions to meet and create new collaborations. The event will be held during the days of WMF2021, scheduled for 15, 16 and 17 July 2021 in Rimini and Online.
